Shipping and Returns

Looking forward to getting your new furniture to you! Since we craft each piece with care to order, allow up to 10 business days for production before it ships via UPS Ground service. Once it ships, you'll receive tracking information. Transit time for UPS Ground service is typically 3-5 business days. The shipping cost is based on the weight and destination of your order, typically ranging between $50 and $100. You can see the exact cost during checkout.

We understand that returns may be necessary in some circumstances and want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, if you decide to return the furniture you ordered from us, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. While we will not charge any restocking fees, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Before returning your order, contact us by phone, reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact us link below to request a UPS return label. Please ensure you securely repack your order in the original packaging materials (if available) and take it to a nearby UPS store for return shipment. For safe transportation, we recommend using the original packaging. Please note that the returned furniture must be in good condition. Take pictures before sealing the box in case it is damaged in transit. This way, we can file a claim with UPS if necessary. Refunds will be issued within 10 days from receipts of package.
